Environmental Health Service

This function involves the provision of an Environmental Health Service for the licencing and inspection of food premises, liquor licensing and noise control.  The aim of the Environmental Health Service, is to ensure that Council's specific statutory responsibilities are met for each of these functions. 

The Environmental Health Service delivers benefits to the community by ensuring that health standards are being met, food and liquor premises are licensed and safe healthy and hygenic for public use and also providing general community advice.
