Council provides Housing and Other Property services to support and fulfil Council's role in promoting social well-being within the Waitomo District Community. This includes a number of Community Halls which provide for indoor community activities within the Rural parts of the Waitomo District. Housing accomodation is provided in the form of affordable housing for elderly persons.
