Meeting Schedule for 2012

Generally meetings commence at 9:00am, however in some circumstances the meetings may commence at 1:00pm.

From time to time the Council might convene additional meetings over and above the ordinary monthly meetings. The details for the monthly meeting, and any other Council meeting that might be required, are publicly notified in the Waitomo News. Anyone wishing to attend a Council meeting should check with Council to confirm the meeting start time.
An invitation is extended to the public to attend any Council meeting.
Any member(s) of the public wishing to speak at a Council meeting must first seek approval from the Mayor at least two working days before that meeting is to be held.

Copies of the agenda are available for inspection at the Waitomo District Council office, Queen Street Te Kuiti, two working days before a scheduled meeting.
