Council seeks customer views in resident survey

Thursday, 14 June 2018

As part of Waitomo District Council's on-going commitment to community engagement and inviting feedback, it will deliver its annual resident survey to letterboxes across the district this week.

The survey aims to get the views and opinions of the community on Council services for example water, roading, and libraries.

Obtaining feedback on our services and facilities is essential. It helps us to understand which services are most important to you, and what we need to improve on, so please have your say.

The results of the survey will be included in our Annual Report for the 2017/2018 financial year. We use the results to measure performance against the targets set by the 2015-2025 Long Term Plan.

Residents who take part in the survey are entered into the draw to win a $250 New World card.

  • The survey can also be completed online here.

The 2018 Resident Survey closes on Friday 29th June 2018.
