AA Agent Mystery Customer Survey

Waitomo District Councils friendly Customer Service Team always strive to provide excellent service and information to our customers.
A recent AA Agent Driver and Vehicle Licensing survey completed by a Mystery Customer has given WDC a 90% total score, an impressive result for the Team.
The survey was made up of four sections including Customer Relationship and Staff Attitude and Service, both of which WDC scored a result of 100%.
Community Services Group Manager says that it is a very good result for Council and pleasing to see that customer satisfaction is being met.
