Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey

This page describes the Annual Waitomo Resident Satisfaction Survey.

What is the Resident Satisfaction Survey?

Every year WDC commissions a telephone survey of Waitomo residents to better understand the community views on the ongoing delivery of services and facilities.   Some of the activities covered in the survey questions are Roads, footpaths, cemeteries, public toilets, Library and recreation facilities.

What happens with the survey results?

The Survey provides community feedback which is used to measure service delivery performance. The results also help the Council plan service delivery improvements for the years ahead.

The 2011 Resident Satisfaction Survey is underway, the results of which will be incorporated into the WDC 2010/11 Annual Report. We appreciate the generous contribution of time by those residents who take the opportunity to provide feedback through the Resident Satisfaction Survey process.
