Water Supply

The Water Supply Activity provides for the safe collection, treatment and reticulation of potable water to the communities of the Waitomo District. Water supply is essential for maintaining public health, provides fire fighting capacity in urban areas and facilitates economic growth. Public water supply schemes are provided by Council at Te Kuiti, Benneydale, Piopio and Mokau.
