Do you enjoy working with records and information, then this role could be for you. Reporting to the General Manager – Business Support you will be responsible for supporting information management functions to the wider organisation.
This role involves a range of tasks including mail processing, scanning, document research, day to day administering of our Electronic Document Records Management System and providing assistance and support with delegated project work.
The successful applicant will have a strong customer focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and high levels of motivation and enthusiasm, together with an eye for detail and conscientious work style. An understanding of electronic document and record management systems would be an advantage.
