Notice of Impounding and Proposed Sale of Impounded Stock

The Impounding Act 1955, Section 46(2)

The under mentioned stock have been seized for impounding at Te Kumi Road Te Kuiti and impounded at Waitomo District Council’s stock pound, Esplanade, Te Kuiti on Tuesday 31 October 2017.

Description of stock:

1 black/white nanny goat

Notice is hereby given that, unless claimed by the owner, the stock will be sold by public auction at Waitomo District Council’s stock pound, Esplanade, Te Kuiti on Tuesday 14th November 2017 at 10.00am in accordance with the Impounding Act 1955.
