Property Services Trades Panel

Waitomo District Council is seeking proposals from local contractors to join their Property Services Trades Panel.

This panel is an opportunity for businesses to work with the Property & Facilities team at WDC to help respond to emerging issues and maintain our facilities to a high standard.

WDC is seeking proposals from the following trade providers:

• Builders
• Plumbers
• Electricians

Members of the Property Services Trades Panel will be available to efficiently and cost effectively attend repair or maintenance jobs as required by the Property & Facilities team.  Please note that being included on this Panel isn't a guarantee of work. 

Process

The procurement process opens on 16 December 2024.  

To request a copy of the Request for Information and Pricing document and response forms, please email [email protected] who will arrange for you to get a hard copy of the documents.

* Please note as this is a manual tender process,  the documents will not be distributed electronically or will not be available to download from our website.

• To apply please return the signed response forms (Response Form A - Non-Price and Response Form B - Price) and return (each response form in a separate sealed envelope) to the Tender Box located in the Waitomo District Council Administration Office Building reception area, 15 Queen Street, Te Kūiti by 4pm Thursday 30 January 2025. 
  
• We will have a supplier briefing in the Council Chambers meeting room at the Waitomo District Council Administration Office at 11am on Wednesday 15 January 2025.   An online Teams meeting will also be available at the same time for those who cannot make the meeting in person.
