Notice of Impounding and of Proposed Sale of Impounded Stock

The under mentioned stock have been seized at Tammadge Street Te Kuiti and impounded at Waitomo District Council’s Stock Pound, William Street, Te Kuiti on Monday 2 September 2019.

Description of Stock

• 1 black and white boar.

Notice is hereby given that unless claimed by the owner/s within 7 days of the date of the publication of this notice the stock will be sold by public auction on Friday the 20th of September 2019 at 9.00am at the Waitomo District Council Stock Pound, William Street or otherwise disposed of in accordance with Impounding Act 1955.
