The Impounding Act 1955, Section 46(2)

The under mentioned stock have been seized at Te Anga Road, Waitomo and impounded at Waitomo District Council’s Stock Pound, William Street, Te Kuiti on Wednesday 12th  February 2020.

Description of Stock:

• 1 Black Kune Kune boar 

Notice is hereby given that unless claimed by the owner/s within 7 days of the date of the publication of this notice the stock will be sold by public auction on Wednesday the 26th of February 2020 at 9.00am at the Waitomo District Council Stock Pound, William Street or otherwise disposed of in accordance with Impounding Act 1955.
