Our district has been impacted significantly due to flooding and slips. There are several local road and State Highway road closures across the district. Please respect the closures and don't try to breach them.  Read more

WDC Customer Services

Our Queen Street office is closed on Thursday 6 February 2020. For After Hours services please call 0800 932 4357.

Waitomo District Aquatic Centre is open from 1pm - 5pm.

Waitomo District Library is closed.

Te Kuiti i-SITE Visitor Information Centre is open 10am - 2pm.

Waitomo District Landfill is open from 9am - 4pm.

Kinohaku, Awakino and Marokopa Transfer Stations are closed as per normal.

Benneydale and Piopio Transfer Stations are closed as per normal.

Kerbside Refuse and Recycling Collection Services - there are no services taking place as per normal.
