Ngāti Rōrā  invites all Waitomo District Council candidates (Mayoral, Rural Ward and Urban Ward) to a 'meet the candidates' hui at Te Tokanganui-a-Noho wharenui (meeting house) located on State Highway 3 in the centre of Te Kūiti on 15 September 2025 at 6pm.

The evening will start with a Whakatau (not full powhiri) so please make your way up to be outside the wharenui before 6pm.

After the Whakatau each candidate will be given 5 minutes to speak.

This will be followed by questions from the floor.

The evening will be formally closed and a light kai offered.
