Any still or moving images that are taken of you, either as an individual or as part of a group, may be used by Waitomo District Council (without limitation) in print, on the Waitomo District Council website, social media pages and/or for internal or external marketing and promotional purposes.

Waitomo District Council will not use or modify the materials in a manner which would be derogatory, prejudicial or injurious to you, or bring your name into disrepute.

In addition, you give Waitomo District Council the absolute right and permission with respect to the images that have been taken of you to:

  • copyright the same in their own name or any other name that Waitomo District Council may choose

  • use, reuse, publish and republish the same in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other imagery, in any medium and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion and advertising and trade

  • use your name in connection with the image - such as to use your name in a caption.

By signing this form, your are confirming your consent to your image being taken and used by Waitomo District Council in the way and for the purposes detailed above.
