Due to operational issues and the current hot weather, Piopio township is in Level 2 water restriction.
Water conservation measures are required to reduce demand on the water treatment plant. We ask Piopio residents to be mindful of their water use.

Public Toilets - Rora Street Te Kuiti

As part of our planned maintenance of the Rora Street public toilets (located by the Te Kuiti Visitor Information Centre i-SITE), we will be replacing the cubicle partitions with more graffiti resistant partitions.

To enable us to complete this work, the toilets will remain closed to the public from today Monday July 2, through to Wednesday this week. The after hours toilet will remain open. Alternative facilities are available opposite the Warehouse and at Redwood Park, Te Kuiti.
