Heavy rain watch - valid until Tuesday 14 October

Metservice has issued a rain watch for our district which spans over a few days. Hopefully it's nothing to be too alarmed about, but please take care while out and about, particularly on our roads.
The watch is valid from 5pm this afternoon (Sunday 12 October) till noon on Tuesday 14 October.

Solid Waste (Asset) Management and Minimisation Plan

On Tuesday June 26, 2018, Council adopted the 2018 Solid Waste (Asset) Management and Minimisation Plan (SWaMMP), which sets out the delivery of WDC’s waste management services for the period 2018-2028.
