If you, or someone living with you, is dependant on Council water supply for critical medical support, it is in your best interests to complete our Medical Dependency Form which can be found along with an information guide, on our website www.waitomo.govt.nz, or call our Customer Services Centre on (07) 878 0800 or 0800 932 4357.

We will put you on our Medical Dependency Register to aid your safety during any shutdown of water services that may occur.
