Leak detection in Maniaiti/Benneydale

Waitomo District Council contractor McIndoe Group are planning to carry out water leak detection in Maniaiti/Benneydale starting this Friday, 19 September 2025.

Leak detection helps identify where there could be faults in the network and can also help determine where water loss is occurring.

The leak detection investigation will occur from 8am to 5pm and although there will be a temporary interruption to water supply, it should not overly disrupt or interfere with normal usage.

We also ask that you please conserve water as much as possible.

The under mentioned stock have been seized for impounding at Mary Street Te Kuiti and impounded at Waitomo District Councils Stock Pound, William Street, Te Kuiti on Monday 19 November 2018

Description of Stock

• 1 white nanny goat.

• 1 white nanny goat.

• 1 tan nanny goat.

• 1 dark brown nanny goat.

Notice is hereby given that unless claimed by the owner/s within 7 days of the date of the publication of this notice the stock will be sold by public auction on Tuesday the 11th of December 2018 at 10.00am at the Waitomo District Council Stock Pound, William Street or otherwise disposed of in accordance with Impounding Act 1955.
