Waitomo District Rates Reminder

This is a friendly reminder that the third instalment of your 2017/2018 rates is due by 5pm, Wednesday 28 February 2018.  Rates invoices were posted out in January.  Payments received after 5pm, February 28 will attract a 10% penalty.

Rates payments can be made at the Waitomo District Council office, Queen Street Te Kuiti, over the phone by credit card or by Internet Banking using your valuation number as your reference.

Applications for Community Funding - Discretionary Grants March Funding Round

Applications for the March Discretionary Grants funding round must be received by 5pm, Thursday 1st March 2018.

Community clubs, groups and organisations operating within the Waitomo District on a not-for-profit basis may be eligible to apply.

Council Meeting Schedule February 2018

The following meeting of the Waitomo District Council is scheduled for February:

Council Meeting - Tuesday 27 February 2018 at 9.00am

An invitation is extended to members of the public to attend these meetings for observation purposes. 

Any member(s) of the public wishing to speak at a Council meeting are required to gain approval from the Mayor at least two working days prior to the meeting.

A copy of the agenda will be available on Council’s Website two working days before the meeting.
