Customer Services Officer

We are looking for a highly multi-skilled and resilient person to join our Team.

This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service and information to the public and Council staff, providing frontline service across Waitomo District Council sites.

You will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure a warm and welcoming environment and go the extra mile to provide a great customer experience.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

•   A strong attention to detail 
•   Good initiative and judgment
•   A strong customer service ethic; and
•   Process oriented with excellent time management skills
