Notice of Impounding and of Proposed Sale of Impounded Stock

The Impounding Act 1955, Section 46(2)

The under mentioned stock have been seized for impounding at Waitete Road Te Kuiti and impounded at Waitomo District Council’s Stock Pound, William Street, Te Kuiti on Tuesday 6 August 2019.

 Description of Stock

• 1 white sheep.

Notice is hereby given that unless claimed by the owner/s within 7 days of the date of the publication of this notice the stock will be sold by public auction on Wednesday the 21^st  of August 2019 at 10.00am at the Waitomo District Council Stock Pound, William Street or otherwise disposed of in accordance with Impounding Act 1955.
