Water shutdown for leak detection in Piopio
Waitomo District Council contractor McIndoe Group will be carrying out leak detection on the water reticulation at Piopio this week.
It will be carried out at night time between 8pm-2am, from Tuesday night to Thursday night.

On the evening of Wednesday 13 October 2021, on Manganui Rd at the 17km mark, a slip has blocked the majority of road. Traffic can still get through. Signage has been set up and a crew will be on site clearing the slip on the morning of Thursday 14 October. Please take care and expect delays.
