Valuation notices were sent to ratepayers and owners at the beginning of February.  By now everyone should have received their valuation notice in the post or by email.

This is a reminder that you have until 18 March 2022 to lodge a formal objection if you are dissatisfied with the new valuation. 

If you have not yet received the revised valuation for your property, please contact Waitomo District Council and request a copy of the notice to be sent to you.
