Water shutdown due to leak

We have identified a leak on Rata Street and will need to shutdown the water supply to this area so that it can be fixed. Affected roads are: Mahoe Street, Sections of Mangarino Road and the top end of Rata Street. Thank you for your understanding.

Customer Services Relocation to Rora Street

From Monday 15 May, all customer services will be available at the Railway Building next to Stoked Eatery on Rora Street.

Opening hours will be from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and we can still be contacted 24/7 on 0800 932 4357.

Please call our friendly customer services team if you wish to make an appointment to see a staff member or the Mayor who are based at the Waitomo District Council Queen Street Office.
