Waitomo District Roading Updates
As at 3pm on 29 April, our roading crews are still working to clear slips and debris. SH3 between Mōkau and Piopio will remain CLOSED until at least Saturday 2 May.
Council open hours for 7 May 2026
The WDC Customer Services and Visitor Hub, Waitomo District Library and Admin Building will be closed on Thursday 7 May 2026 until 11am. We will still be available by phone on 0800 932 4357.
