DC TYNAN TRUST APPLICATIONS FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Are you involved with social, cultural, educational or recreational activities in Te Kuiti?

The trustees of the DC Tynan Trust invite applications from organisations and groups who operate within the Te Kuiti urban boundary to apply for financial assistance. Priority will be given to projects of a capital nature. Funds will not be allocated to applicants who have received funding from the Trust in the previous three years.

NOTICE OF IMPOUNDING AND PROPOSED SALE OF IMPOUNDED STOCK

The Impounding Act 1955, Section 46(2)

The undermentioned stock, having been seized for impounding at Anzac Street and Waitete Road, Te Kuiti, is impounded at Waitomo District Council’s Stock Pound, Esplanade, Te Kuiti.

Description of Stock

4 rams as follows:

a) With wool - red tag Raupuha 140532

b) With wool - blue tag 101003

c) Shorn - white tag 120835

d) Shorn - blue tag 100986

• 1 ewe - no tag

• 1 white nanny goat 

Notice is hereby given that, unless claimed by the owner, the stock will be sold by public auction or otherwise disposed of in accordance with the Impounding Act 1955 at Waitomo District Stock Pound, Esplanade, Te Kuiti 10.00am, Thursday 21 July 2016.
