The Valuation Rolls for Waitomo District Council have been revised by Quotable Value Limited (as the Council’s valuation service provider).  This process was duly audited by the Office of the Valuer General.

The revised values are as at 1 September 2021 and will be open for public inspection, free of charge Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 2pm at the office of:

All owners and ratepayers within the Waitomo District will be posted notices of the revised values from 2 February 2022.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rating Valuations Act 1998 and the Rating Valuations Regulations 1998 any objection(s) to the revised valuations must be lodged in writing, no later than 18 March 2022.
