Waitomo District is now in the Red Traffic Light Setting

Our Queen Street office is open to the public 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Te Kuiti i-SITE is open to the public 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.

From today, anyone aged 12 years three months and older will need to provide a valid Covid-19 Vaccination Pass to enter the main office or i-SITE.

You must also wear a face covering when entering our premises; scan in with the NZ Covid Tracer App or manually sign in; and observe the 1m distancing rule.

Our online services are still available to our customers, including downloadable e-books/e-audiobooks and our Epic database. We also offer a click and collect service.
