We administer a rate rebate scheme which helps low income ratepayers with their rates account for their homes. The amount you could be entitled to, depends on a combination of your income, the amount of rates you are charged and the number of dependants you have.

The maximum rates rebate available to a ratepayer for their home on 1 July 2023 is $750

Application for the 2023/24 rating year close 30 June 2024. You cannot apply for previous year rebates.
