A heavy rain watch is in place for our district and is valid from 7pm Wednesday 12 November to 7am Thursday 13 November.

Take care while out and about and drive to the conditions.

NZ Shearing Championships

The New Zealand Shearing Championships is an annual Shearing and Woolhandling event held in Te Kūiti over three days.

This year it will be held from Thursday 27 March 2025 - Saturday 29 March 2025 at the Les Munro Centre.
