The following meetings of the Waitomo District Council are scheduled for May/June 2013.

Thursday 23 May 2013 at 9.00am For the purpose of hearing Submissions to Council's draft 2013/2014 Exceptions Annual Plan

Postponement The Council meeting scheduled for 28 May 2013 has been postponed and will be combined with the Council Meeting on Thursday 6 June 2013.

Thursday 6 June 2013 at 9.00am Monthly Council Meeting including deliberating of Submissions to Council's draft 2013/2014 Exceptions Annual Plan

Tuesday 25 June 2013 at 9.00am Monthly Council Meeting including adoption of Council's 2013/2014 Exceptions Annual Plan

An invitation is extended to members of the public to attend these meetings for observation pusposes.

Any member9s) of the public wishing to speak at a Council meeting are required to gain approval from the Mayor at least two working days prior to the meeting.

A copy of the agendas will be available for inspection aat the Waitomo District Council office and for downloading from Council's Website two working days before each meeting.
