Have Your Say on the Sale and Supply of Alcohol
1 May 2013, 11:45 AM
As part of the new Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 which comes in to force this year, Councils have the option of adopting a local alcohol policy to regulate some aspects of the sale of alcohol, including the number, location and hours of licensed premises.
Waipa, Otorohanga and Waitomo District Councils would like to know your views on alcohol related issues.
To assist with this the Councils are conducting a survey on the sale and supply of alcohol locally.
You can collect a copy of the survey form the Waitomo District Council Office, Waitomo District Library, or download the survey from the related links.
Alternatively, you can visit www.waipadc.govt.nz and click on 'submit it'.
Your views are important. Please return your completed survey to your Council by 10 May 2013.
