The road works for the extension of the existing retaining wall on Tawa Street will commence later this week, and will continue for up to 4 weeks, weather permitting.

Construction will generally be undertaken between the hours of 7.30am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

At times the public may experience some inconvenience with vehicular movements, however every effort will be made to get the work completed as quickly as possible, with minimal disruption to the public.

We would like to remind the public of the dangers associated with road works. Please make sure children remain well away from the heavy machinery and that they follow the directions of the workers.
