Cotter Street stormwater upgrade
13 Oct 2015, 1:52 PM
Waitomo District Council has completed an upgrade of the stormwater drainage located on Cotter Street Te Kuiti.
An extension of the stormwater pipe and associated drainage work was necessary to complete the stormwater system from Waitete Road, past the stock truck effluent disposal facility to the Mangaokewa River.
This work provides improved drainage needed to mitigate surface flooding at times of heavy rainfall.
