Community Partnership Fund - applications now open

We invite community based groups to make application for financial assistance through the Community Partnership Fund.  Application forms and further details outlining the fund are available here, or by contacting the Customer Services Team, Waitomo District Council, Queen Street, Te Kuiti on phone (07) 878 0800. Applications close at 5.00 pm November 1st  2018.


 

Draft Freedom Camping Bylaw and amendments to the Public Places Bylaw 2009 and Public Amenities Bylaw 2010

Waitomo District Council proposes to implement a new Freedom Camping Bylaw to manage freedom camping within the Waitomo District, and as a result of the new Bylaw, Waitomo District Council also intends to amend the Public Places Bylaw 2009 and Public Amenities Bylaw 2010 where it relates to camping.

The beauty of creativity, is that you can get creative with just about anything - even cardboard! Join us for this fun craft activity on Friday 12th October, 10am.

Borrow two library books over the holidays you will receive an activity pack to take home. Suitable for children aged 5-12 years.
