Old Marokopa Public Toilet Facility

WDC has commissioned a new public toilet facility in Marokopa village.  The old facility is situated on Moana Quay and is available for removal as is, where is. Tenderers are invited to bid for the option to remove and own the concrete structure which is approximately 25-30 years old.  WDC will decommission all services before removal.

The successful tenderer will be responsible for the removal and all associated costs. The facility must be removed off site within seven days from the tender being awarded. WDC accepts no responsibility should the structure fail during removal.
