The Impounding Act 1955, Section 38(1) and (2)

The under mentioned wild stock have been trespassing at Taradale Forest, Western Block, Taharoa Road, Kinohaku and the owner of the stock is required to remove the wild stock within 7 days from the date of the publication of this notice or the stock will be sold by public auction on Tuesday the 11th April 2023 at 9.00am at the Waitomo District Council Dog Pound, William Street, Te Kūiti or otherwise disposed of in accordance with Impounding Act 1955.

Description of wild Stock

• 2 x large bulls
• 2-3 x older mixed breed cattle
• 5 x mixed age/sex and breed cattle
