MEETING SCHEDULE 2022

• An invitation is extended to members of the public to attend these meetings for observation purposes. 
  
  
• Any member(s) of the public wishing to speak at a Council meeting are required to gain approval from the Mayor at least two working days before the meeting.
  
  
• A copy of the agendas will be available here two working days before each meeting.
  
  
• Generally meetings begin at 9:00am, in some circumstances the meetings may begin at 1:00pm. If you wish to attend please contact us to confirm the start time.
  
  
• From time to time the Council might convene additional  meetings over and above the ordinary monthly meetings. The details for the monthly meeting, and any other Council meeting that might be required, are publicly notified in the King Country News.

COVID-19 NOTICE

Under the Covid-19 Protection Framework (Traffic Light System) setting of Orange, all attendees at Council meetings are required to wear a mask unless addressing the Council.

All Council meetings will be webcast in real time to the Waitomo District Council website and will also be available for viewing on demand as soon as reasonably practicable following each meeting.
