Waitomo District Council contractor McIndoe Group are planning to carry out water leak detection in Maniaiti/Benneydale starting this Friday, 19 September 2025.
Leak detection helps identify where there could be faults in the network and can also help determine where water loss is occurring.
The leak detection investigation will occur from 8am to 5pm and although there will be a temporary interruption to water supply, it should not overly disrupt or interfere with normal usage.
The Library Team held a competition during April 2014. Children were invited to get creative and decorate a hard boiled egg or egg carton as your favourite book character and bring it into the Library.
