Leak detection in Maniaiti/Benneydale

Waitomo District Council contractor McIndoe Group are planning to carry out water leak detection in Maniaiti/Benneydale starting this Friday, 19 September 2025.

Leak detection helps identify where there could be faults in the network and can also help determine where water loss is occurring.

The leak detection investigation will occur from 8am to 5pm and although there will be a temporary interruption to water supply, it should not overly disrupt or interfere with normal usage.

Saturday 8th November, at Brook Park Te Kuiti. 

  • 5.30pm - Walk the Park
  • 6.00pm - Family Picnic Time
  • 8.30pm - Pyrotechnic Fireworks display
  • Games - Guy Competition
  • Food Stalls
