We are aware of the inconvenience this may cause and are taking immediate action to rectify the situation.

Unfortunately, due to the specific nature of the issue, a necessary part for the clock's repair needs to be sourced from the UK. While we understand that this may raise concerns about the timeframe for the restoration, we want to assure the community that we are expediting the process as much as possible.
