Customer Services

Our Queen Street office closes at 5pm on Friday 19 October and re-opens at 8am Tuesday 23 October. 

Our call centre operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. To make an urgent service request please call 0800 932 4357.

Waitomo District Library is closed.

Waitomo District Aquatic Centre is open 1pm - 5pm.

District Transfer Stations

Waitomo District Landfill is closed.

Awakino/Mokau, Benneydale and Piopio Transfer Stations are closed.

Marokopa and Kinohaku Transfer Stations are open from 9am - 1pm.

There are no Kerbside Refuse and Recycling Collection Services taking place.
