The Mayors Taskforce for Jobs (MTFJ) is a nationwide network of NZ Mayors working on issues of work and livelihood in their communities.  The MTFJ has partnered with the Ministry of Social Development to develop the Community Recovery Programme which provides funding to local Councils, with a national aim to get people engaged in a sustainable employment pathway.
