If you, or someone living with you, is dependant on water supply for critical medical support, it is in your best interests to complete our Medical Dependency Form (below) or call our Customer Services Team on 0800 932 4357.

WDC will enrol you on our Medical Dependency Register to assist you in an event where services will be unavailable. Registering with the Medical Dependency Register does not guarantee service continuity or fault-free service.
