Who can access? - This service is only offered to Waitomo District Library members. Not a member?  You can join here... it's FREE!

What can I request? - With the exception of the Kit Collection, all items (books, board games, DVDs, etc) can be requested.

Can I collect printing? - Yes, this service is available but you need to speak to a staff member to arrange. Call us on 07 878 1028.

Lockers location - The lockers are situated in the library carpark against the building (at the Rora Street end).

Can I collect holds? - If you place items on hold through our online catalogue you can contact the library on 07 878 1028 to arrange click and collect pick up.

Order Completion - Orders will only be fulfilled during our normal business hours, however you can pick them up at any time.

Book Returns - Once you have finished with your items, simply return them to our dropbox or visit the library during opening hours.

Items that cost - If you are requiring items that have a fee, you can add credit to your account and have the amount deducted automatically. You must visit the library in person to add credit to your account.  

Locking the lockers - The locker needs to be locked once again after you have gathered your items. Instructions can be found on the wall next to the lockers.

Items unavailable - If you request a book that is currently on loan, our staff will contact you to arrange a hold for the requested book or to make changes to your order.
