Severe Thunderstorm Watch

Metservice has issued a Severe Thunderstorm watch for our district, valid from 1pm to 10pm today (Easter Sunday). A few of the thunderstorms could be severe, with localised rainfall rates of 25-50mm/h. 
As always, stay safe and drive to the conditions if out and about.

Waitomo District Council adopted its Annual Report 2022/2023 on 31 October 2023.
The full Annual Report and a Summary Report is now available on our website here (PDF 11.4 MB)

Hard copies of the Annual Report will be available next week from our Customer Service Centre at 160 Rora Street, Te Kūiti or the Library on Taupiri Street.
