Pursuant to section 73 and section 119 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Waitomo District Council hereby notifies its intention to enter into a Grazing Licence to Occupy for the
below Local Purpose Reserves and Recreation Reserve for a period of five (5) years, subject to the provisions of the Reserves Act 1977:

Written objections to the granting a licence to occupy of this reserve for grazing purposes will be received up until 4pm on Friday, 12 January 2024. All submissions must include your name, postal address, daytime telephone number and an email address if applicable.
Also, all grazing expressions of interest should be submitted by 4pm on Friday, 12 January 2024.
